I have symptoms of bladder pain syndrome, where should I start?

I'm so glad you reached out! I'm sorry to hear that you're having so much pain. While I do have some individual stretching videos on my YouTube channel that could help, I truly think that the Overcome Pelvic Pain Program is the best option to overcome your symptoms. Of course seeing a PT in-person is ideal, but if you're unable to get out of your house for therapy appointments, then this is the next best option!
