I have low back pain, will I be able to do these exercises?

While I can't make any guarantees (because everyone is different and will respond differently to ANY exercise/movement program), I can tell you that the stretches in Transform Pelvic Health programs are very therapeutic for people with low back pain. The stretches are gentle, the movements/transitions are slow, and the strengthening progression is very gradual. 

You should be absolutely fine going through the program, even if you have to spend longer on each week. For example, some people with more intense pain spend 2-3 weeks going through week one, and then another 2-3 weeks going through week two, and so forth. The great thing is that you get lifetime access to the materials, so you can take as long as you need.
