Can women do the Overcome Pelvic and Urinary issues program?
Yes! The Overcome Pelvic + Urinary Issues path works regardless of your anatomy. It helps you to address the root causes and let them go, with many helpful calming practices.
Because so many Women have requested to do this program, we created a "For Women" option. This way the men in Overcome still have their own private community, and now women have their own, too.
You can learn about the full program experience here. You will see "men" referenced in various places, but do realize that the same path and practices are used, regardless of your gender.
